Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date for physical books and 7 days for e-books. To be eligible for a refund, the book must be in its original condition and not have been used, marked, or damaged in any way.

2. Refund Process

Customers must contact our customer service team by email or phone to initiate the refund process. The customer service team will provide further instructions on how to return the book. Once the book is received, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.

3. Refund Amount

The refund amount will be the purchase price of the book minus any shipping and handling fees. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the book back to us.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on digital downloads, audiobooks, or any personalized or autographed books.

5. Damaged Books

If a book is damaged during shipping, customers must contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt. We will provide further instructions on how to return the damaged book, and we will replace it at no cost to the customer.

6. Cancelled Orders

Customers may cancel their order before it is shipped. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, customers must follow our refund policy.

7. Modification of Policy

Joy Deja king reserves the right to amend or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to all purchases made.
